I'm gonna preface this review by saying I've been sick so my taste buds are probably altered. I read a lot about the Poké bowl and the sushi rolls so it was a hard choice but i chose the Poké bowl and the green tea noodles. They gave a very generous portion of the tuna however could not detect any of the macadamia nuts that were in the description and the reason I ordered this dish. (On a call back they said it's a crumble or dusting of nuts. You won't know they are there) The noodles are served cold which was surprising and they're delicious. If you like Poké bowls, I would recommend this. For dessert I had strawberry mochi which were out of this world. Only two pieces I thought three would've been a fairer portion for $6

My in-laws recommended this place, which offers an interesting combination of Mexican and Japanese dishes. Our daughter had beef tacos with rice and beans and my hubby had the Bento Box - teriyaki beef, grilled garlic shrimp, asian slaw and pickled daikon. I opted for Sushi and had the Geisha roll - spicy yellowtail, cucumber, avocado, hokkaido scallops, black tobiko and wasabi salt and a California roll. Overall our dinner was good-tasting.

The good. The scallop crudo was amazing and the seafood udon was as well. So much good big seafood in it and the broth was so flavorful. The rolls were good but I'm not really a roll person so I would pass on those next time. Sadly you seem to need reservations to get in and they aren't open past 9:30 which is tough when you don't get out of work till 6.

The only thing that I dislike is the fact that it is a little difficult to come to the restaurant when they are open. They open at 4pm and close at 9pm. I finally got to try Su Casa! This is the best sushi I have had since moving to Vegas. I wanted to try the sushi burrito, but there was so much more on there that I wanted to eat and the waitress was a little bit in a hurry since they were closing soon. Sorry, my timing kind of stinks since Silverton is a bit of a drive for me. We got a spicy tuna roll and I think the spider roll. These were so good; I almost started licking the plate. The waitress was really nice and accommodating. I really appreciated her patience as my date can be a pain sometimes. Su Casa is awesome and the best sushi that I have ever had. It was even better than Kyotos in Boise. Hopefully, I can find time to come visit again.

Great options for sushi, sushi bowls and appetizers ! A definite must try ... love my Diablo roll ! My fave. Frequent here often when I lived near by but make it a point to stop in when I'm in the area! Check them out in the Silverton Casino - Blue Diamond road for dinner.

The food here is outstanding. I was very impressed with how amazing the dining experience here is . The service is outstanding, The food is fresh , delicious, and memorable. My favorite roll was the surf n turf roll. I wish I didn't live so far away because if I lived close, I would eat this once a week.. I also love the restaurant decor , it is really pretty and memorable.

This Sushi spot is located inside the Silverton casino, next to Mi Casa grill cantina. My son and I were staying here for the night, so being sushi lovers, we had to stop for a couple rolls. When we came up to the front we were greeted and seated immediately. My son and I like to sit at the sushi bar, so nothing changed on this visit. I loved that this sushi bar it had (8) T.V.'s! The waitress came over shortly after being seated and handed us menu's and we ordered our drinks. My son ordered the "Philadelphia" roll ($13) and I ordered the "baked lobster" roll ($18). They were both quite delicious! The miso soup ($5) was also delicious and very warm to the taste. Our visit to "Su Casa" was delightful and had a great dinner. We stay at the Silverton quite often, so I'm sure we will be back soon.
